Orders ship from Tucson, Arizona. We usually ship all in stock orders within 5-7 business days. Back ordered items typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. Special order items may take 4 to 16 weeks depending on the nature of the item(s) requested. Tres Amigos will contact the customer with the ship date and estimated delivery day. Please be aware that large items are shipped by ground freight or common carrier. For large furniture items, these carriers require that a person be at the place of delivery at the time the item(s) arrive. Please do not provide a message to the delivery company authorizing them to leave your items without inspection. This will waive the opportunity to file a claim for damages in the rare instance it occurs. Smaller items may be left at or near a front door or porch to avoid re-delivery fees and do not require a signature or inspection at the time of delivery. If an ordered item is out of stock, the customer will be notified of the back order time before processing the order.
Shipping Included on most orders, to most addresses in the continental US. The "Shipping Included" or "Ships Free" option is not applicable to wholesale orders or in-store purchases. While the greater majority of orders are covered by the free shipping offer, from time to time there are unforeseen charges levied by a delivery carrier. If your order is an exception for any unforeseen reason not otherwise listed in this policy, Tres Amigos will contact the customer with any additional delivery charges before the order is processed. The “free shipping” offer includes “curbside delivery only." Please be aware that you may need additional assistance, not provided by Tres Amigos or delivery carrier, to move your items from the delivery vehicle into your home or business. See “Shipping Options” at checkout for additional fee based services that offer inside delivery and placement. Expedited Handling and Overnight Packing are available upon request.
Exceptions include but are not limited to remote rural areas, areas not normally served by transportation companies, large congested cities not conducive to maneuvering large trucks, areas where toll roads exist, secluded mountain areas, offshore islands requiring sea freight, offshore islands connected to the mainland by a bridge, etc.
The size of each order will determine the method of shipping. All small orders will be shipped via UPS, DHL, FEDEX or US Postal Service. Large furniture orders will be shipped by ground freight or common carrier. If the delivery address is not within the continental US or is an exception for any unforeseen reason not otherwise listed in this policy, Tres Amigos will contact the customer with delivery charges before the order is processed.

Inside Delivery, Arrival Notification & Lift Gate Service
INSIDE DELIVERY, ARRIVAL NOTICE AND LIFT GATE SERVICE IS/ARE NOT included as part of the total price but they ARE AVAILABLE! Please know that the basic terms of service with the freight carrier do not allow for the deliveries to be moved inside a home or building, delivery before or after regular working hours, or delivery on weekends. Typical Basic Service will unload the product from the delivery vehicle to the drive way or curb. Typical Inside Delivery Service will include unloading the product from the delivery vehicle to the garage, front porch or back patio. (Lift gate service charge will apply for Typical Inside Delivery Service) It is the responsibility of the customer to make the necessary arrangements to transport the product(s) inside. These additional services may be needed if the order consists of large furniture items and help will not be available to move the item(s) into the home or office. Tres Amigos is not responsible for the quality of service experienced by customers who request such services from these independent companies. Tres Amigos is not financially responsible for shipping delays beyond standard shipping times. If a lift gate or furniture elevator was used at the time of delivery and the customer requested that service directly to the carrier at the time the delivery appointment is made without notifying Tres Amigos, customer is responsible to pay the carrier for those services should an invoice be presented to the customer by the carrier. Tres Amigos is not responsible for these extra services and it is the responsibility of the customer for payment of these particular requests. Tres Amigos offers this service at a drastically reduced rate and those services are available prior to the item leaving the warehouse. Tres Amigos has no negotiating authority and is not responsible for the payment of these services provided by the carrier after services have been rendered.
CHANGES TO THE DESTINATION ADDRESS OR DELIVERY ADDRESS of any order are free provided that the items have not shipped at the time of request. Changes to destination address or delivery address after the items have been shipped are not covered under the Free Shipping offer or for Wholesale Orders. Changes are possible after the order has shipped for a fee of $45. Customer agrees to pay this amount if a request for a change is made after the order has shipped from the origination point. All requests for changes must be provided to Tres Amigos E-Commerce in writing.

Payments Methods Accepted
Customers choosing to have goods sent internationally: Tres Amigos accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards ONLY. We do not accept any other forms of payment
IMPORTANT: Credit Card Info for International Orders: You must fax or scan and email a photocopy of your credit card (both front and back of card) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Failing to do so will cause order delay or cancellation. Shipping address must match the billing address for the credit card.
It is Tres Amigos policy that all international orders be prepaid in US dollar funds prior to scheduling shipment.
Important Notice of Customs Policy
Orders shipped outside the US and US territories may be subject to import taxes levied when the goods reach the country of destination. Additional charges that may apply for customs clearance are the responsibility of consignee (customer). Tres Amigos has no control over these charges and therefore cannot be responsible for their payment. Please contact your local customs office for further inquiries. It is the responsibility of the consignee (customer) to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being received.
If shipping company cannot collect duties, customs and/or brokerage fees from consignee, Tres Amigos will charge the applicable fees to the customer’s credit card on record.
Be advised that orders shipped “over-the-border” are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In addition, Tres Amigos may be required to supply certain order, shipment and product information to international carriers. When requested, this information will be communicated to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws. Also - Orders may be held up in customs for inspection, resulting in a delay in receiving the order. Please contact the customs office regarding shipment delays of this kind.
International Terms Agreement
Orders to be billed and/or shipped to an address outside the U.S. will require a signed agreement of the Tres Amigos International Terms Agreement. This agreement will be sent via e-mail unless otherwise requested. Basically this agreement states that the customer will be responsible for all import taxes, tariffs or other import or customs fees. Orders will not be processed or shipped until a valid reply is received at the address indicated in the email communication.
Shipping International Orders
International orders and orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States require additional shipping and handling fees. Customer may also be asked to provide an alternate method of payment if the billing address is not verifiable. The customer must reply to the international shipping quote via e-mail to accept or decline the additional freight charges. International orders will not be processed until the additional freight charges are accepted. Once the additional shipping charges are accepted via e-mail the order will be processed. If the additional freight charges are declined or no response is received within 48 hours regarding the additional freight fee, the order will be canceled automatically.
